Welcome!
To the Northwest Arkansas Hispanic Council website, we are a volunteer orgnanization that focuses our efforts of the membership on creating a positive difference in the the Northwest Arkansas Community. We are happy to be heading into our 3rd year of existence with the help of all the caring volunteers, gracious sponsors and the great partnerships that have been created along the way. We hope to make 2008 the best year yet. The Council has many activities planned for the following year including our 2nd Annual Spring Fling where we will be inviting the whole community, a Leadership Conference, a school mentor program, an appreciation dinner with the main focus being scholarships for the youth of Northwest Arkansas and of course programs like the Grafitti Removal program.
Our organization is built on two very important things volunteers and communication. We value the time and effort that our volunteers put in and appreciate the responsiveness of all of our volunteers on issues that greatly affect NWA. On the communication end we want to make sure that the community is informed of all the various resources that are available to make an educated well thought out decision or conclusion on certain matters.
We hope you decide to join the Northwest Arkansas Hispanic Council.
Come join us in making NWA a great place to live for all.
