Raul Ruiz is originally from Chicago, Il, where he graduated from William J. Bogan Computer Technical High School, attended Richard J. Daley College and received his Associates and Bachelors Degree from American Intercontinental University in Business BBA (Human Resource Management).
Raul is currently the CEO/President of EZRecruitingOnline.com a resume posting website which he founded in August of 2009. He is also an Assistant Vice-President at Metropolitan National Bank, where he manages 2 branches in the Northwest Arkansas area. Previous to Metropolitan he was in the Human Resources Department at Cox Communications as a Senior Recruiter recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt employees. Raul serves on various community boards, he is the Chair of the Northwest Arkansas Hispanic Council, Board Member & Elected Chairman for the Kendrick Fincher Hydration Foundation, Treasurer of the Lowell Lions Club, Past Diversity Chair for the NWA Human Resource Association, Past President of LULAC, Member of Society for Human Resource Management, Past Board Member of the NWAMLK Planning Committee and community volunteer. His extensive management and human resources experience has allowed him to successfully transcend it into everything he does and participates in.
Raul resides in the beautiful city Springdale Ark, with his wife Rosario of almost 20 years, kids Yescenia, Miguel, and Merscedez, and dogs Scott and Tinker where they have lived since moving from Chicago.
